The location and view were amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and available 24/7. The property had a generous outdoor patio with a dining table, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The room was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette. The daily maid service was a nice touch.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a stunning view of the Caldera and the sunset. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops, all within walking distance. The staff, particularly Artemis, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, helping us book tours and recommending the best places to visit and dine. The housekeeping staff was also friendly and discreet, ensuring that our room was always clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the apartment itself was upgraded recently, providing brand new amenities and a comfortable stay.

Everything was great, the apartment is goat! The location was stunning and just 5 minutes walk to a mountain cable car. We also went to downtown, it's minute walk from the venue...
